		<description>A number of you have questioned why Dr. Oz (a cardiolgist) is recommending fish oil and whey and Dr. David Amen (the brain doctor) is recommending fish oil.
They both need to take classes from the world famous most successful-heart-surgeon-turned-Lifestyle-Change-Physician and-NO surgery-needed Dr.Esselstyn, Chief cardiologist at the world famous Cleveland Clinic, whose bestselling book “Reverse and Prevent Heart Disease, With a Plant-Based Diet” (in 5-6 weeks) lets one know, without splitting hairs, that eating no dairy (no whey, no way) will prevent dissolving the lining of the arteries, setting up the body for cancer, and he mandates absolutely no fish oils (most of them are rancid). You have to look at the brain doctor’s head to see the problem: the oils from the fish and animal protein he has eaten are just under the surface of his scalp and they are clogging up the hair’s roots and his hair fell out. The hair follicle needs oxygen to breathe for healthy hair. If one puts grease on one’s hair, after awhile, the hair falls out. If one puts grease (and salt makes it worse) in one’s body, the hair falls out. The salty potato or corn chip eater is heading for a hair implant one day in the future!</description>

		<description>Wheatgrass is right after your enemas: implant and wherever else you want to put it in your body. It should not be mixed with anything else, sorry. It loses it&#039;s effectiveness. When you chew each mouthful or sip at least 2 minutes before swallowing it, it will change it&#039;s taste.We schedule to be more clear about when the wheatgass juice should be used. 		<description>Everyone, you should be clean enough inside of your small intestine now to go to the next level of juiced watermelon without the fiber for the last week for easiest assimilation into your intestinal villi. Please cut and paste the below for day 14 - Day 21. I adjusted the day of starting watermelon juice because we were waiting for feedback to see what you needed best. Dick Gregory and I took fasting lessons from Alvinia Fulton in Chicago. She has helped the 1,000 pound people lose weight healthfully. Ghandi had fasted so many times to raise the world&#039;s consciousness (as Dick did to protest the Korean and Vietnam Wars), and they used water that had seaweed in it. What a powerful protection is a full complement of minerals and trace minerals in the dulse, and to boot, because the #1 killer in the U.S. is heart disease, the dulse is a beautiful purple/red, which means that it is beneficial for our hearts, like beets and watermelon!  Thank you for trusting us and perservering.

Days 14-21 – Recipes and Activities
DAILY MENU – A Summary
First thing in the a.m. Make Dulse Water (recipe below). Drink 1 glass full on an empty stomach.
Dulse Water Recipe:
Take a a heaping tablespoon of rinsed dulse leaf, rolled in a ball to a size that fits into the tiny space – large as a nickel – in the palm of your cupped hand and blend it with a cup of distilled water until the water is a lilac purple color with no visible flecks of dulse left. and pour this cup into a glass gallon container and stir and use as drinking water and as a base for your Energy Soups until you are able to make some Rejuvelac, which will take it’s place.
When you have Rejuvelac, you will add the rinsed dulse directly to the Energy Soup mixture and blend well.
Second – juice 1 ripe pineapple and chug-a-lug (bolt down) the juice.
Third – 1 hour after chugging pineapple juice continue with making your first vegetable drink of the day:
Watermelon vegetable Juice – juice 1/4th of a thinly peeled wtermelon. Chew the juice at least 30 times before swallowing each mouthful.
Wait for an hour before making the first of your breakfast Energy Soups:of the day. You may be so full after the second, that you will not want the third. Don’t force yourself. Eat at least two every day (or 32 ounces) Dehydrate the rest to make roll ups for the future; adjust the amount so there will be no extra after the first day..
Fourth – BREAKFAST – 1st ENERGY SOUP with Avocado
ENERGY SOUP RECIPE
1. 1/4th of a 1 ½” slice of thinly peeled Watermelon, quartered, or in season, 2 organic Apples (Gala is nice and Granny Smith is tart) Also, in season, you may also use/add or interchange with watermelon sometimes peeled very ripe Mangos and sometimes peeled very ripe Papaya.
IMPORTANT: Never use green papaya; this blocks the enzymes protease and amylase which digest protein and starch.
If you choose watermelon: separate the pink melon from the green, dice the pink into 1” cubes and put it in a blender. Cut the white away from the watermelon skin and dice the white into cubes (If organic leave some green flesh on to blend, after you skin it). Blend pink, then add white (and skinned white-green if organic)
2. Add 1 Tbsp.Flax seed, soaked until goopy (about 10 minutes) in the Dulse Water and blended with the watermelon
Optional: Add 4″ of aloe vera and atun cactus (if either or both of these are desirable)
3. Pack 1 cup (glass container measuring cup, bowl or bottle, if possible) with your favorite Mini-Greens eg.: sunflower, or baby buckwheat greens, pea greens, microgreens, baby kale, baby collards, arugula, (baby means 7” tall or 7 days old)
(not spinach because it blocks the iron in itself and in other foods eaten with it)
4. Pack 1 cup raw Weeds and raw Herbs – (Local edible weeds -dandelion, lambsquarter and purslane were a few of Dr. Ann’s favorites, and other wonderful edible weeds local ones to your area)
5. Veggikraut* See Archived Recipe
6. Add Dulse water –blend to desired consistency – like smooth pureed baby food
7. 2 oz Avocado – diced &amp; put on top of soup in bowl – enjoy! Remember to chew 30 times before swallowing.
ONLY 7 INGREDIENTS!
Fifth – GREEN JUICE: See Recipe below
Sixth – LUNCH: – 2nd ENERGY SOUP with Almond Cream
Same as breakfast – except leave out the avocado &amp; add 12 soaked for 2 days almonds. Blend well into the consistency of smooth baby food. Never mix nuts/seeds with avocado. Incompatible proteins.
You may also use any variation from below as desired. Chew 30 times before swallowing.
Seventh – Another GREEN JUICE, see Recipe below
Eighth – SUPPER – 3rd ENERGY SOUP with Almond Cream
Same as lunch – add any variation from below as desire.
Note – You may add to the above as needed: 1. Herbs: parsley – especially good if you’ve had radiation or x-rays lately, cilantro
2. 4” section of Aloe – cut off and peeled. It is also easy to slice down the middle and scoop out the goopy part and plop it in your blender. USE THE LIVE ALOE ONLY. Don’t scrape the inner leaf dry. There in information that inside next to the skin there are toxins. It is wonderful for your skin and will plump out your fat cells healthfully.
3. Atun cactus – wash and scrape off needles – slice up and add to blender
4. Coconut water – Do not blend this. Just add it to the blended or juiced Drinks and stir
Optional – Below are not a part of Ann’s original living food program help – add as needed: (Dr. Flora: I’ve found they are miraculous, like the pineapple juice)
1. If you are extremely acid: add 10 raw or reconstituted figs, which will change your pH quickly and you will become alkaline. Reduce and then stop the use when the soup tastes too sweet. Your tastes will change quickly as you move from acid (ill) to alkaline (healthy).
2. If you have been eating a lot of white flour starches (bread, crackers, pasta, etc.) or fiberless animal protein and are constipated: add 6 reconstituted organic prunes the first day; the second day, add 5; third, 4; fourth, 3; fifth, 2 and 6th day, 1. This acts like a roto-rooter and cleans out the starchy mucus that lines the small intestine and gunks up the colon.
Green Juice – Optional, and can be done separately but was not a part of Ann’s Program
1/4th cup peeled and seeded Cucumber juice, &amp; 1/4th cup Celery Juice (no leaf),
Mixed with 1/4th cup peas greens juice or buckwheat juice, and 1/4th sunflower baby green juices twice during the day, an hour after the Energy Soups.
NOTES
Eat with a wooden or hard ceramic/plastic spoon.
Chew every mouthful at least 30 times before you swallow it. Keeping it in the front of your mouth is the best way so it won’t slip down the back of your throat before you mix it thoroughly with saliva. An added bonus to this chi-filled food is that you can eat it as often as you wish, day or night, but you can’t store it.
An hour later it’s good compost because the electricity/CHI in the food dies.. Remember, if you put a gallon of water in your body, you will have to urinate or defecate a gallon out, plus toxins and fat that are with it.
TRY FOR NINE FOOD EXPERIENCES PER DAY!

Activity Schedule: You don’t have to get up this early. I don’t. [Jim does.]

Note: If you have extremely high cholesterol and/or blood pressure, have lost the feeling in your feet or hands, and/or are losing your hair, the following, which is for everyone, will be especially important for you: Immediately, go to your tub or shower, spread the pineapple pulp over your body in any place where you need some old salty, waxy fat to be dissolved, which is why you have circulation problems. (Do not put it in your ears or up your nose). Massage in between your toes. Rinse completely after 10 minutes; wash away pineapple pulp carefully off your body. Use natural bristle body brush, Take long bath or shower, use wet loofa, relax in tub
Wait for an hour before eatin or drinking anything after the pineapple juice
6 a.m. – 7a.m. – Take your enemas, and do an implant
7 a.m. – Third: Make watermelon drink, (chew every mouthful at least 30 times before swallowing it)
8 a.m. – Fourth: Make Breakfast Energy Soup, eat (chew every mouthful at least 30 times before swallowing it)
10 a.m. – Fifth: Make optional cucumber, celery, pea greens or buckwheat greens &amp; sunflower greens Green Juice if desired, chew at least 30 times before swallowing it
Read positive books, relax, watch an uplifting movie, help someone, work
12 – 1 p.m. – Sixth: Make Lunch Energy Soup, eat (chew every mouthful at least 30 times before swallowing it)
3 p.m. – Seventh: Make optional cucumber, celery, pea greens &amp; sunflower greens Green Drink if desired
5:30 p.m. – Eighth: Make dinner Energy Soup/eat (chew every mouthful at least 30 times before swallowing it)
Do not eat or drink after sundown – throughout the day drink Dulse Water. Drink approximately 50% in oz of your body weight so if you weigh 100lbs drink 50 oz of liquid minimum for the day. If you drink after sundown, you will be awakened during the night to urinate and mess up getting your uninterrupted REM (rapid eye movement) time.

3 p.m. – Seventh: Make optional cucumber, celery, pea greens &amp; sunflower greens Green Drink if desired<br />
5:30 p.m. – Eighth: Make dinner Energy Soup/eat (chew every mouthful at least 30 times before swallowing it)<br />
Do not eat or drink after sundown – throughout the day drink Dulse Water. Drink approximately 50% in oz of your body weight so if you weigh 100lbs drink 50 oz of liquid minimum for the day. If you drink after sundown, you will be awakened during the night to urinate and mess up getting your uninterrupted REM (rapid eye movement) time.<br />

Not to worry, this summer, when the time is right, we&#039;ll start again&lt;/em&gt;.&quot;

The first do-it-yourself interactive detox! could you update the daily outline of recipes and activities to include wheatgrass, how much, how often and best time of day to take it?  If I remember correctly I cut it all and store it in the fridge and let it regrow a second time? This will all help me figure out when to plant my next tray for consumption. 
 My wheatgrass is kind of strong and offensive to my nose.  Yesterday after juicing about 2 oz( bought at whole foods so I used 1/2 the 4 oz package) I got about a shot glass, and I added cucumber and celery to make it palatable and drank it down.</description>

It didn&#039;t work. The concentration was too much and when I made the juice, it hurt me. Not to worry. Papaya, Energy Soup, wheatgrass juice and watermelon plus dulse water to the rescue.&quot;
Just what is the purpose of making holes in the stem end of the pineapple and then placing it in a small bowl of water? Dr. Flora: &quot;That was answered above. To bring it back to the stage of active growing ripening life, (instead of degenerating life, which happens when it&#039;s cut off at the stem before it&#039;s ripe  it just sort of &#039;goes to sleep&#039; and begins to rot), because then it sucks up the water and normally will ripen and smell great in a couple of days. I don&#039;t like it when people mess with our food, because I drink a lot of pineapple juice, and this was bad. Too much in a hurry to smell and take a small sip first - sort of like what conneseurs do with wine!- roll it around in your mouth and &#039;smell&#039; it inside before swallowing. If I had done that, I would have thrown it away instead. It&#039;s kind of like trying to drink bad Rejuvelac when it needs to be flushed down the toilet. That stuff is so sensitive and you need to have some good Rejuvelac first so you can tell what&#039;s bad and dispose of it. That&#039;s the reason why we waited for you all to detox for awhile before we introduced how to make rejuvelac and veggikraut. When you try to make those two and you are still toxic, they both will spoil. That&#039;s the reason why some so-called Ann Wigmore Hippocrates Institutes could not and perhaps cannot make them sweet, because the people in the kitchen were not really on the program. It takes a person who is really dedicated to eating only living food to teach this Lifestyle, because the living foods are so sensitive and when we touch it with love in our hands, it transmits love to whoever eats it. This is a very huge responsibility, being a prime nurturer in a family.&quot;

Now that all of the fiber (from the pineapple juice, blended melon and Energy Soup) has done it&#039;s work to sweep out and dissolve the cholesterol, plaque (fatty calcium deposits from too much calcium in your foods - remember, bones are not made from calcium, but of calcium. The foods that you have been eating the past 20 days are the bone building foods), and toxins, now your villi are ready to really absorb the nourishment from juices. We will discuss the coca pulse test so that you can determine your friendly foods and your inflammatory foods (usually the ones you like best!). Keep up the good work and enjoy your weekend.
