The water begins a cleanse not only in your bowels, but all over your body.

The reason that Dr. Ann required that a person take an enema before two hours becomes very clear when things start happening in the mouth and other parts of the head moments later. All of the old useless (except to in-TOXIC-ate a person) feces will recycle up your blood and lymphatic system to your brain if you do not make sure that it gets out asap upon awakening.

Your body has been working all night to break down and dispose of the (chemical and emotional) wastes that you’ve been carrying since you arrived in this incarnation. You need to get it out fast with the help of the water enemas.

The bitter taste is that bad stuff being pushed out of your pores in your tongue and membranes of your throat, stomach and mouth. You’re cleaning house!

Keep up the good work. If there are any bacteria, which houses viruses,in the mouth, the fresh chlorophyll in the Energy Soup and the wheatgrass juice will kill them. Isn’t that exciting!

Here are some more insights and reasons to persist with the blending, enemas and implants. When you work so hard to get to this place of inner joy and love, though, why mess with it? Why do something to bring your energy down? There is no such thing as 20% fear and 80% love. One is either all love or all fear and trying!

Well, social things present a challenge. to keep one’s energy at maximum. I went to a place called Art South for an ‘opening’ tonight, and ate some grapes & melon slices, and later (one has to follow food combining laws when eating solid food) some broccoli and celery, while listening to the incredibly talented artists share their insights and inspirations, I felt an almost immediate drop in my energy because even though I was trying to chew every little thing until it was water so I could share in the celebration, it was not enough to protect me from the secondary cigarette smoke and exhales of alcohol. I got intoxicated and mentally disorganized from those ‘gases’. I normally am not around smokers and drinkers. None of my dedicated close friends do either because they know what happens to a body when that happens and we love our bodies and selves more than to hurt ourselves anymore now. It’s been a long hard time getting to this point. At 74, I choose peace and love.

I am a sensitive, and it was all I could do to control myself biochemically until I could make the rounds, smelling the turpentine and petroleum distillates mixed in with the oil paints and then leave gracefully. I used to be an artist myself, trained in New Hope, with Jon Gnagy and Robert McClelland and with Oswaldo Viteri Paredes and Kurt Muuler in Quito, and the more I ‘cleaned myself out’ the more my body could no longer protect myself from toxins like those. Normally now, I just hit and run when those come up, because smelling alcohol from someone’s breath is just as bad as smelling cigarette smoke: it kills brain and other cells.

Thanks to Ann Wigmore, I no longer have to ‘do’ my art, which we all know is used as therapy, because when I gave up eating animals in 1972, all of the feelings that led me to need art to express and release myself went away and now there is only love. it’s worth it what you’re doing.

When you reach the inner enlightenment, you won’t need to chew to much, either, for the release of tension; you will chew only for keeping your brain fed with the incoming enzymes.. And, we have a super huge support group who is on our ‘wave lengths’ worldwide, so we are not lonely or isolated. If you’re persisting, welcome to the ‘family.’

Dear Doctor Flora, Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful thoughts. When I was reading, I had very positive feelings that reminded me of being deep in meditation.

Irina, hopefully, you will be moving into a state of walking meditation soon.

Here’s a question that has come up that has nothing to do with vomiting, and everything to do about detoxing. Should we have bowel movements? No, isn’t it exciting? Your body is absorbing everything you are eating, almost!

I don’t have any bowel movement since I started to do enemas. Most people don’t who have been doing this right.

This morning is very frustrating for me. I have 2 y.o. son, so I try to do enemas before he wakes up. But my husband is out of town for this weekend, and today my baby woke up as soon as I did. I asked my daughter to watch him while I’m doing my enema, but she was not able to manage him. So he was crying and calling me while I was in bathroom. I couldn’t relax and just had hard time to get the catheter in (hemorrhoids are always on a way). Finally I got some water in (as I found out later only one half of it), so I got almost clean water in toilet. I’m still very frustrated and thinking about quitting the program.

Always take care of the baby first, dear. Persist. Babies come first.

I’ll try to do my E and I when the baby falls asleep tonight, but I don’t think I will try to do it tomorrow morning when my baby is around. (Good decision! Wait until she is napping.)
(THE BELOW IS GRAPHIC. YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS.
My parents are going to come for visit in April, so I was thinking about waiting for them to come and start all over again. I just don’t have quiet time to do my business. What would be your advice about this? (How about when the baby is napping in the afternoon? You are far enough along now that what is coming out should not affect your mental self, unless you have eaten a lot of dairy in the past.. Dairy makes people depressed and feel like giving up. Those poor cows are in a terrible situation. They are forced to give up their male calves at birth, before even the first suckle, and the males are put in pens to be sacrificed as veal.
Then, the female calves are artificially inseminated as their mothers were to keep having calves so they will keep lactating (producing milk) until they die, and then are turned into hamburger to be fed back to other cows. You can see why they feel depressed and experience ‘give up’ feelings. You are probably just eliminating those last little chemicals from their feelings from the fat in the animal food you’ve eaten in the past. You can continue on with this and see the light ahead and feel joy if you just remember that the baby comes first now, your little daughter comes second, and please don’t forget your husband! The children grow up and go away, and he needs you more than ever right now – what you are doing will relieve you of fears and reactions, and you will be a better, calmer, nurturing and receptive wife and mother – find a quiet time to do your enema (you’ll get so you can get the water in in 5 minutes and then get it out in 5 minutes on the toilet! The hemorrhoids will shrink soon. With no hard feces to have to push out, everything is healing. Let me know later on today how things went.
