I tried posting comments yesterday in 2 differnt areas and it just came up as error and kicked me out totally.
I just wanted to say that on Friday Night I had youth meeting which I help out in the kitchen every week, well I was in such a crappy mood and weak as well, that I snapped at some of the kids and I was on an emotional roller coaster upn and down, but not a good roller coaster I was just mean..
On Saturday I started getting tempted, and the energy soup was not on my list as I was begining to get upset just thinking about it, so I only had the melon juice and 1 energy soup, and I was hungry in the evening so I cut up some pipeapple and piece of watermelon and chew them up as much as I possible could, then went to bed.
On Sunday, I had to prepare the big dinner for the family as usual, I was so tempted, and since just thinking about the energy soup was making me nausaus I tried chewing on some pineapple and watermelon again this morning for breakfast before church, after church I was so hungry, so I eat some of the food I prepared for the family, Oh how I am so sorry for doing that, but weakness got a hold of me and now I am sure I am going to have to pay for this, I am still mucusy and coughing from the detox that is taking place and the more soup I consume the more worse it seems to get and I know it is called energy soup, but I feel weak throught the day, if I am laying down, I am fine and most time dont feel hungry, but once I get up I feel weak, slighty dizzy and drained and hungry, how much time per day is the minimun that I should be eating, as I am worried that I am not eating enough why I am feeling weak, and because I am not feeling as hungry I sometime have 1 or 2 energy soup for the day…what is going to be the consequences for my relapse…? I am still doing my enema, and will be doing what I am suppose to do comes tomorrow (Monday)
Donna, I’ve answered you at length; please go back to the post that you left your original comment on.
Don’t beat yourself up for your slip up. Just don’t eat the pineapple with the watermelon.
The pineapple has to be juiced and bolted down without chewing it and the watermelon needs to come along an hour later.
All of the grease is coming up from your liver and stored fat, and that makes one nauseated. The energy soup makes this happen, and the pineapple dissolves the fat and relieves the feeling of throwing up go away.
If you vomit, just know that a lot of bad stuff has just been thrown out of your stomach!
Bless your strong diaphragm for helping you to eliminate that oily mess. The oil in your head from your liver will make you dizzy.
Just rest and know you are getting all you need if you eat 2 energy soups per day plus the green drinks.
One of the soups with the 1/4th of a cup of avocado, and the other with the 12 almonds that have been soaked 2 days and rinsed. Keep up the good work.
