Hi Dr. Flora Where can you get atun cactus? Online? I found online source for organic aloe vera plants @www.aloeverafarms.com How did Dr. Wigmore handle watermelon and pineapple juices for Type II diabetics. Both are sending my blood sugar to the Moon!

Really enjoying this program! Thanks again!

Hi Dr Flora, I wonder about the huge amount of pineapple juice for the body to process, too, being somewhat glucose intolerant. I also wonder about using so many figs, even though they are alkalyzing, since they contain so much fructose.
Thanks so much for so generously sharing this program–very generous of you and Jim–It clearly is a lot of work.

Bobbi and Donna, I would have sent you some atun because I had huge 15 foot cacti in my south yard in front of my kitchen window, but they were all cut down when I moved and I loved them so much I’m grateful that I didn’t see it. I walked around and told them how much I had appreciated what they had meant to me these last 10 years. I watched my huge agave shoot up as tall as the tallest palm tree in our neighborhood block, and give it’s swan song, the flowering stalk that showered baby agave plants, and I shared them with my neighbors. That tree was a marvel. I will never forget it. Now, they are just memories. I really miss my papaya trees and monstera deliciosa sanctuary though, most of all, because they fed me so well…until the rat poison and the sprays of Roundup that killed my frogs, from the landlord. I learned so much from that expeience about how fragile we are when exposed to constant sprays and pesticides. Now, I’m in an environment where I cannot ‘own’ anything outside – it’s a condo association, and I miss my garden. I’m going to reach out and ‘touch’ the organic farmers around here. Actually, I did tonight, and got a huge bag of baby arugula for my Energy Soup, and bought some papaya from Robert is Here fruit stand. God always supplies.

Your bodies have been healing all along, and the Dr. Wigmore handled the reactions to the pineapple juice, watermelon and figs with the calm assurance that without dairy daily, the body will heal itself very quickly, and reactions to something this week, will not be the same as a following week. Please look at Rawfor30 (Dr. Cousens) if you are diabetic. Do his program only blend and juice and take enemas, and you will not go through the emotional detox symptoms that have caused a number of his patients to drop out. I used to be hypoglycemic myself but have no problems eating the soup (even heavy on the figs now) once my body normalized. Hope that helps. Let us know how you are, please.

PS. The pineapple juice is so easy to process because you are chugalugging it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. It takes about 15 minutes for that to get out of your stomach and into your liver, where it dissolves all kinds of unwanted things: cholesterol, hardened vegetable oils, the beginnings of stones that move to the gall bladder and kidneys. Did you know that the original place the gall stones came from was the liver? Did you read where I had helped the cook of the Mayor of Salt Lake City get rid of gall stones that were stuck in the duct after her gall bladder had been removed? Everything dissolves! Chelates. All from the Energy Soup and pineapple juice.

I live in California where nopales cactus is imported abundantly from Mexico. Can this be substituted for atun cactus? Do you know what the difference is between the two?

    Thanks
