I'm having trouble making almond cream. I've tried the vitamix, but it is too big to do the job. I've tried a mini-food prep but it doesn't have the power. How much liquid do you add? Do you take skin off almonds first? Can I use dehydrated almonds that were soaked first?

Are there any other nuts or seeds that will make up into a cream that will be as beneficial...I have a terrible allergy to almonds (I carry an epi-pen for emergencies)
and wondered about substitutes...thank you...

It all depends how many you have to feed but enough for 2 days. I normally use about 24 per day, or 2 energy soups that use almond cream in the afternoons.

Since I've been trying to get this worked up with Dr. Jim, though, since there's only 2 of us, one in Hawaii and the other in Florida, I've only had time to eat twice a day. I had my pineapple today, rubbed the pulp all over my body and the strained pulp was worked in my hair and now my hair is in ringlets and squeeky clean.

I'll have to tell you again that I am concerned about the hundreds of people who wrote in about the peanut butter. Just because I know about less toxic stuff, that doesn't mean I recommend the Arrowhead Mills to eat. That is a dead oil.

Drs. Esselstyn and Campbell know it will dissolve the epithelial lining of our arteries and ultimately kill us. No dead oils. The live essential fatty acids of the alkaline almond cream will heal our sick bodies.

Hi Dr. Flora Could you give the quantity of almonds BEFORE soaking and the amount of water you use in the blender? Sounds good! Thanks.
