Every day I look forward to new tidbits of information and every day I am rewarded. I am so thankful for the hard work and sharing of Dr. Jim and Dr. Flora. I feel like Dr Ann is with us too on this venture. Thank you again.

P.S. Mindy…small world. I too attended the T. Colin Campbell lecture on Sunday. He is a wealth of knowledge. I have read his book twice and will read it again one day even though I don’t share his views on soy.

Namaste back to you. This attachment (and a lot of it is a habit - you know, we got used to what our parents and grandparents ate and we didn't know there were drugs in that food that would keep us physically addicted, as well as emotional addiction of when we are being under stress, to nurture ourselves with comfort food: i.e. something milky, creamy, and that is the very thing that is killing us now: the casomorphine from dairy protein.

Keep up the classes with well known and right on doctors like him. He is one of my medical nutritional 'gurus' and the classes i took that quoted him at Cornell University Medical School in Plant Based Nutrition over the internet (eCornell) helped me get to a point where I can teach medical doctors like John McDougall is doing: telling them 10% fat, 10% protein, plant-based diet, no oils, no dairy.

Now, we need to give the nurses back their jobs of giving enemas, like they used to do before most of the drug giving doctors found out that people lose their symptoms when their patients get enemas, and then the drug companies lose money and the doctors lose their patients.

Not so, with plant based nutrition. The doctors are so happy now, who are trained in it, to share the books and good news that the body will heal itself when it's given foods that are not inflammatory, like nightshades and citrus, vinegars, etc. and easiest to digest: in blended or juiced forms! Keep up the good work and keep in touch.

We need your input to get this together so that we can be proud of it and save the most lives possible worldwide since it's being translated into so many different languages.

Please know that God has control and there are no mistakes.

hi dr flora

awesome! i don't use any oils at all either and this past sunday heard dr. t. colin campbell speak at loma linda university for other 2 hours...there were probably over a thousand people there...it is amazing to me what people still don't know and also with some of the questions asked, i could infer that people are not wanting to give up their animal protein

i have been vegan for 20 years and raw for almost 8 and have modified and simplified my eating habits over the years and i do not use any oils, salt, spices, citrus, nightshades and vinegars and i teach my classes the same way

i continue to spread the message of health when i give my lectures and also when i meet people at the health food stores, etc

keep up the great work and we will all share the abundance of health and wellness by being "LIVING" examples to the world

i hope i get to meet you someday and i do have the occasion to go to florida to visit my parents and i have actually been to homestead to visit glaser farms

much luv and gratitude!
namaste!

If you haven't Googled Dr. Esselstyn, he's the world's authority on successful heart disease reversal with a plant based diet, no vegetable or animal oils, no dairy, 10% fat, 10% protein. He used to make $3 million a month doing heart surgery, but now he simply teaches the great recipes in his book, "How to Reverse and Prevent Heart Disease", which he thinks is a 'toothless paper tiger.' He has headed up a conference on the eradication of heart disease.

He uses the word "cure" and tells his patients he does not allow ANY oils. This is when a little bit WILL kill you.
