1. Why a person with high blood pressure should not take a bath with Epsom salts?

When the pores are open with the hot water and/or steam, the salt is inspsired and is a vasoconstrictor, which means your capillaries will shrink up like a pickle and not allow your blood to pass without increasing the pressure. I am writing of a lecture by Dr. John McDougall where he goes into a great description why this happens. You will get this when Dr. Carey schedules it.

2. adetox bath for persons with high blood pressure, what is recommended and what should be avoided, many thanks.

The inner bath (enemas) are the most important. Most people don't die of particular diseases, like cancer; they die from the toxic sludge that is built up inside the capillaries when the chemo and radiation kills the parasites and their dead bodies start to pile up in and clog up the pipes. Now that you are taking your enemas, taking hot baths (20 minutes), maybe getting in a far infrared sauna, skin brushing, loofa-ing, dressing warmly and sweating, everything is working to help the energy soups, green drinks and watermelon juice do their work. You don't have to put anything in the bath water except the wheat grass (or other grass if you have no wheat). If I did not answer that question completely, please email me at drflora3rd@netzero.net for clarification.

March 3, 2010 pm31 4:37 mature – over 7 days old – plants.”

Plants under 7 days old pull in oxygen (they are in a state of positive ionization) instead of give it out, when they switch on the 7th day to negative ionization. The virst time I was invited to Boston when Dr. Ann was at 25 Exeter Street, the plant nursery sweetie was so weepy and she didn't know what was wrong. She loved to hang out with the young plants. I told her that she needed to take care of the baby plants as quickly as possible and then leave, because they were making her emotional by robbing her of her needed oxygen to remain calm and peaceful! She followed my advice and things got less emotional!

Dear Dr. Flora,

Thank you for putting this altogether and helping so many people to reach optimum health and education.

One thought that I would add regarding water. I have found a Kangen water filter to be the best because with this filter I have the power now to choose which pH I can pull out of my faucet. There many good reasons to be doing this and the concept is based on extensive and lengthy scientific research. Please check out multiwaters.com for further information to consider. Thank you.

With Gratitude, Deb

Dr. Flora, this is the first time I hear that a person with high blood pressure should not take a bath with Epsom salts. Please, could you explain why this is and also what would be your advice for a detox bath for persons with high blood pressure, what is recommended and what should be avoided, many thanks.

I am intrigued by your limiting statement about breathing deeply in a greenhouse only with plants over 7 days of age. Obviously there would be more oxygen with older plants but why specify the age?

"Oxygen: breathe deeply, especially when you are near sources of oxygen (the ocean, fields and forests, running streams, and greenhouses with mature – over 7 days old – plants."
