Pleasant good day to you, since I do not have the dulce as yet, what can I use instead?

    Thanks

    Dr.Flora,

I didn’t get any email about the second day today.
I was searching the website and found this page. I have a question. I’ve been on raw food diet for two months, should I continue my regular raw food diet plus make your recepies (like the energy soup), or should I just eat the recipies you publish for this program?

    Thanks, Tanya

I thought the watermelon was part of the energy soup! No wonder it was so filling. Are the apples part of the watermelon drink or the energy soup?

    Dr. Flora / Jim,

I am thankful for the program, however, I tried the recipe today, I am not even sure if I did it right, as I did the 1/4 of the watermelon and then I added some baby greens greens and 1 stalk of kayle to it, so everything was all in one as the instruction did not say to drink the melon drink separately, it said to the other half of the blender add…so I added, the other think I have been consuming lots of starch so I soaked and added the prunes as it said, and I also added some organic Tree of Life sauerkraut I bought at the store. After I share out I put the 2 oz of avocado on top and eat away, it was thick and very filling but kind of sweet for me. I was wondering you all said to use 1/4 of 1 1/2 watermelon, what was I suppose to do with the other 3/4 of the watermelon? Was this the energy soup or did I miss something else? Is this what I will be having everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner? as it is now past lunch time and I am not sure what I am suppose to eat for now and then again for dinner….help

Could you all please make the recipes outline as simple as possible, especially for those people who have never done this before and this is the first time so we can follow along properly.

I am very greatful for your kindness in offering this to us, and trust that all the kinks will be worked out in a timely manner and questions will be answered more timely.

Thanks again for everything and look forward to your favorable response in a timely manner.

I did not know Aloe was safe for internal digestion. do AI need to purchase it at a health food store and get organic aloe plant? I’m experiencing some weird goings-on with my skin lately like rashes and papery feeling texture. Maybe this will help.

Have all the questions as queried above. Also have question re: whether to use a NOT organic watermelon and especially use the rind? This time of year there are no organic watermelons anywhere at least not in grocery stores near me (although the two i go to have lots of organic produce). Obviously we are doing the program a day or so behind as this is only the 2nd e-mail of the program we’ve received.

Will there be answers to the questions above? Are they e-mailed to the individual privately or will a reply be posted here? Not been able to find any answers. T/U again for sharing with us and offering at no cost! Blessings to you and Jim!

    Hi Dr. Flora & Jim

Thank you for this wonderful opportunity.

I have an aloe vera plant and I’m not sure how I juice it. Do I peel it or use the whole stem in the vita mix?

Could someone please let me know if I did this right:

First thing this morning I did not drink the pineapple juice as mine is still out to get ripe.

Second I cut 1 1/2″ of watermelon, peel & seperate as it said and blend it, I did not have any dulse so I added a piece of nori roll (raw) along with the soak flax & had that for breakfast – it was very thick.

Thirdly (lunch) I am now ready for lunch so I am anticipating that I will put some baby greens & piece of kale as that is all I have in greens for the time being (I have some celery as well) along with anyone of the option according to my need which I will be adding the pruns since I have been eating a lot of starch before I did 8 yesterday so I will do 5 today as suggested, and add avacado (2 oz) in bowl.

Fourthly (dinner) I will repeat as above (lunch) with the one of the option, I have soaked the almonds overnight and will blend in the vita mix seperately (should I use water to do this part) & am I suppose to add this to the greens ??

All in all thanks very much Dr. Flora & Jim for putting this together, I trust that I will get it soon and all will flow as you have planned it to.

In the meantime take care, and God blessings
    Donna

Tanya, if you want to go through the Ann Wigmore Living Food Program Detox like she presented it decades ago, just stop doing what you were doing before and eat the watermelon juice for breakfast, the Energy Soup for Lunch and Dinner, and we will teach you how to make and add on the Veggikraut and Almond Cream (the latter, hopefully already done)at a later date. We are amazed at how you are hanging in there as we get this together, with your help and input and questions. God bless you all! And, keep the comments and questions coming so we can get it together. The frustrations of even one are of great importance to us, and we need to iron all these things out and are trying to do it, but we need help.

Donna, I answered in another section. Please use kelp but be mindful that it’s mineral contents are different than dulse and you may have to change the amount. Do not use nori for anything anymore.

Sandy, I thought the watermelon was part of the energy soup! No wonder it was so filling. Are the apples part of the watermelon drink or the energy soup? Dr. Wigmore used the watermelon juice as breakfast. The apples are part of the Energy Soup, but if someone has no apples, then watermelon can be substituted.

Elizabeth I’m starting to feel that this may be the first time you’ve tried to think through how to offer such a program on-line, instead of offering it from a physical place where many of the ingredients and foods are routinely already available.

You’re right, Elizabeth. This is the first time we are trying to think through how to offer a program on-line, instead of offering it from a physical place (where they may charge one up to $7,000 for a program that is not even the same as what Dr. Wigmore taught successfully, and where the foods were and are available, like down in P.R. and up in CHI.

You all are involved in the first time ever on line, world-wide, interactive living food 21 day detox, being translated into every major language on the globe, and so we need every little comment and are working to change it and asking for help from CHI and PR to send info on scheduling.

They have to convene boards, etc. and it’s taking time, so meanwhile, you have a head start on working out the bugs with us. I have only my computer at night after 9 p.m. normally, but since I work in an immigration office which works with Haitians who are desperate now to prove their birth since their National Archives was devastated, I was working until after midnight tonight on helping them, and our after school program for Haitian children.

So, we all need help getting this together and with your help asking for more clarification, we will do this together.

My two cent’s worth. We DO have an online version of this program already, but it takes a lot more than 21 days to go through it. We’re creating “Wigmore Lite” here, more like a 2 week hands-on program. The complete online version is at http://rawlife.org/category/wigmore and the DVD/CD version is at http://chidiet.com.

I also added some organic Tree of Life sauerkraut DONNA, THAT IS NOT ALIVE. WAIT UNTIL WE SEND YOU THE RECIPE FOR THE KRAUT BEFORE YOU USE ANY.

kind of sweet for me. CUT BACK ON THE FIGS. THEY ARE ONLY FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE REALLY ACID. YOU WILL USE ONE LESS PRUNE EVERY DAY UNTIL 5 SOUPS FROM NOW YOU ARE USING NONE.

I was wondering you all said to use 1/4 of 1 1/2 watermelon, what was I suppose to do with the other 3/4 of the watermelon? KEEP IT IN THE FRIDGE FOR THE NEXT ENERGY SOUP, IF YOU HAVE NO APPLES.

Was this the energy soup or did I miss something else? Is this what I will be having everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner? YOU WILL BE HAVING EVERY DAY FOR BREAKFAST, WATERMELON JUICE. FOR LUNCH, ENERGY SOUP WITH WATERMELON OR APPLES AS THE FIRST INGREDIENT AND THE REST OF THE GREENS, FLAX SEED, AVOCADO ON THE FIRST ENERGY SOUP AND 12 ALMONDS ON THE 2ND AND IF NEEDED 3RD SOUP (SOME PEOPLE NEED TO EAT MORE OFTEN AS THEY ARE VERY WEAK). IS THIS SIMPLE ENOUGH?

#9 Donna THANKS FOR YOUR QUESTIONS. SOME PEOPLE HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS BEFORE AND KNEW WHAT TO DO AND FOR NEW PEOPLE, IT’S SO CRITICALLY IMPORTANT AND HELPFUL THAT YOU TO ASK FOR CLARIFICATION. PUT 12 ALMONDS IN A GLASS IN THE KITCHEN IN MORE THAN ENOUGH NON-CHLORINE WATER TO COVER THEM AND SOAK THEM FOR 2 DAYS. RINSE THEM WELL AND THEN BLEND THEM AND PUT THE CREAM INTO A GLASS JAR AND KEEP IN THE FRIDGE UNTIL YOU NEED IT. SOME PEOPLE JUST DO 12 A NIGHT. OTHERS DO 24 AND BLEND AND DIVIDE IT IN HALF, ONE FOR ONE SOUP AND THE REST FOR THE NEXT ONE. GET INTO A ROUTINE THAT YOU HAVE ENOUGH SOAKING OVERNIGHT THAT YOU DON’T RUN OUT FOR THE 3 WEEKS. YOU WILL LEARN BY EXPERIMENTATION HOW MANY SOUPS YOU WILL NEED DURING THE DAY. MOST WILL USE 2.

THE FIRST SOUP WILL BE WITH AVOCADO, THE SECOND WILL BE WITH ALMONDS, AND SOME WILL NEED A THIRD SOUP, ALL BEFORE DARK.

MAKING SURE YOU GET YOUR ENEMAS AND YOUR WATERMELON JUICE AND SOUPS WILL BE MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR YOU TO DO UNTIL YOU GET INTO A ROUTINE, AND THEN YOU CAN ADD MORE.

DID I ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS SO THAT THEY ARE UNDERSTANDABLE AND SIMPLE? THESE WILL BE TRANSLATED INTO MANY LANGUAGES AND WORKING TOGETHER, WE NEED TO GET THESE AS CLEAR AS POSSIBLE.

IN OUR STORES, FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO DON’T HAVE A 4 YEAR OLD PLANT, A 4″ SECTION OF THE LEAF IS CUT OFF AND PEELED. IT’S ALSO EASY TO SLICE DOWN THE MIDDLE AND SCOOP OUT THE GOOPY PART AND PLOP IT IN THE BLENDER. IT IS WONDERFUL FOR YOUR SKIN AND WILL PLUMP OUT YOUR FAT CELLS HEALTHFULLY. CUCUMBER AND ALOE ARE LIKE MOTHER NATURE’S RETIN-A, FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE CONCERNED ABOUT SMOOTH SKIN. YOU DON’T JUICE IT. YOU JUST BLEND IT. NEVER USE DEAD ALOA IN A BOTTLE. IT REALLY MESSES UP ONE’S STOMACH AND PEOPLE HAVE HAD SERIOUS TROUBLES WITH THIS. ONLY USE THE LIVE ALOE.

Dr Flora, why de-seed the cucumber?

THE CUCUMBER SEEDS CAUSE A LOT OF GASTRIC DISTRESS (GAS, DISTENTION, ACID REFLUX) IN MOST PEOPLE, THE SAME WAY TOMATO SEEDS DID, BEFORE WE FOUND OUT ABOUT THE NIGHTSHADE CONNECTION. MY JAPANESE FRIENDS TAUGHT ME HOW THEY TAKE THE BITTERNESS OUT OF THE CUCUMBER BY BURYING IT IN WHITE BREAD OVERNIGHT! MY MOTHER USED TO PUT VINEGAR INTO WATER AND SOAK IT IN THE FRIDGE OVERNIGHT. WE ARE NOT RECOMMENDING EITHER METHOD, BECAUSE VINEGAR AND WHITE BRED ARE TWO THINGS THAT ARE ON OUR NO-NO LIST. JUST EXPLAINING HOW SOME PEOPLE HAVE TRIED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEMS, BUT, GETTING BACK TO THE WIGMORE METHOD: 1/2 OF ONE PEELED AND CORED SEEMS NOT TO BOTH MOST PEOPLE SO WAS ADDED TO THE PROGRAM. WE WANT THIS TO BE NON-REACTIVE.

whether to use a NOT organic watermelon and especially use the rind? YES, USE THE NOT ORGANIC WATEMELON IF THAT’S ALL YOU CAN FIND. SOAK IT IN GRASS WATER (OR VITAMIN C WATER) FOR 10 MINUTES, AND THEN PEEL IT THICKLY. SOME OF THE WHITE WILL BE SACRIFICED, BUT THEN, YOU WON’T GET THE SPRAY OR THE OILS FROM THE CONVEYOR BELTS OR DEGREASER LIKE FILMS FROM THE MACHINERY PARTS. REMEMBER TO JUST BLESS YOUR FOOD AND PRAY OVER IT. IT DOES WONDERS!

Hi I lived at the Alive Polarity at Murrieta Hotsprings for two years in the 80s and took the Holistic Practitioner Course!

Today I full-time polarity massage and biodynamic craniosacral work and have been baffled (but understand) how folks release very old chemicals.

Easy to notice is a person smells like bacon and eggs from the diner. But more subtle is I’m almost 100% right on when folks have had anesthesia. I have learned to notice it’s like someone pulled a dark hood over my head for a few moments a little bit into their session. Their sacrum stores residues in the craniosacral fluid as well as the nervous system releases it like a static charge a sort of buzzing which is palpable once learned.

It’s great to see you mention the alcohol coming out after 17 years. I’ve found this to be true. I’m one of those practitioners from Murrieta and it is a daily thing which I mention to clients as a positive thing occuring but otherwise have no one to discuss it with.

thanks that I’m not alone realizing this amazing fact that old chemicals release palpably freeing the client after decades of carrying it around. ;) Yay!

    Hi There,
I’m a bit behind. I found an email that said this was starting on March 1st, but didn’t get any other emails until today, which has a link to the Day 2 recipe. Where is the Day 1 recipe? Or the emails saying the program is starting late? I am very confused right now. Sigh.

Also, I have a question – why does this program promote using out-of-season fruits and vegetables? Watermelon, for instance, is not grown except in the summer in the northeast. And it is a major diuretic. I actually had a couple of small pieces of watermelon yesterday (as a snack at a dance – obviously not local watermelon), and by the time I got home, I had to pee every 30 minutes or so. It took a while before I made the connection to the watermelon. The same reaction happens when I eat watermelon in the summer – the only time I will normally buy and eat it.

    Thank you!

My pineapples are still green after a week…Mine are too, Sandy, even though they smelled a little sweet when I bought them, and put them in the window in their little bowls and the top parts are yellow but the bottom part is not ready, they don’t smell good..they are not reacting like in the past, and I’m thinking they may be irradiated. If so, they will just rot. We are not told when this is happening, but it is… so I’m thinking I’d better get a couple of more for the next round. — me too.

Is almond cream the pasty stuff left when you make mylk and squeeze the nut bag? We don’t make almond milk that way, Sandy. We put the 2 day soaked and rinsed almonds in the blender and blend them with some dulse water until they are smooth and creamy and then store them in a glass jar in the fridge for a couple of days until we use them up.

Was it translated to Russian? Some students have reported that their computers translated the lessons for them.
I also have a question about watermelon juice. You just blend it? In the morning, you juice it. In the Energy Soups, if you have no apples, you blend it.

So I need watermelon for juice and for the energy soup I use gala apples? Unless you have no apples. We peel the apples because even organic apples have wax on them.

I have a lot of home planted walnuts and no organic almonds. Can I use walnuts instead of almonds? Dr. Ann never used walnuts because they are acid, not alkaline like almonds after they have been soaked. I was asked to teach only what Dr. Ann taught, Martin and she never did use anything but almonds, sesame-sunflower cheese, & filberts, because of many reasons but mostly so that no students would have inflammatory problems, allergic reactions, and some had been found to contain residues of fiberglass, asbestos and oils from the machinery, etc.
