Thank you, Jim. I'm fine with English, but was curious about translation to Russian. I want my parents, who live in Russia and don't speak English, get information about this program too.

Tanya,

There are a number of programs on the internet that will translate English to Russian and most other languages. Here's a popular one - http://babelfish.yahoo.com/ - there are better ones if you Google around.

Martin, March 4, 2010 10:41 am
I have a lot of home planted walnuts and no organic almonds. Can I use walnuts instead of almonds? Dr. Ann never used walnuts because they are acid, not alkaline like almonds after they have been soaked. I was asked to teach only what Dr. Ann taught, Martin and she never did use anything but almonds, sesame-sunflower cheese, & filberts, because of many reasons but mostly so that no students would have inflammatory problems, allergic reactions, and some had been found to contain residues of fiberglass, asbestos and oils from the machinery, etc.

Tanya
Was it translated to Russian? Some students have reported that their computers translated the lessons for them.
I also have a question about watermelon juice. You just blend it? In the morning, you juice it. In the Energy Soups, if you have no apples, you blend it.

So I need watermelon for juice and for the energy soup I use gala apples? Unless you have no apples. We peel the apples because even organic apples have wax on them.

Sandy March 5, 2010 pm31 4:50 pm
How often do we do pineapple juice/rub. My pineapples are still green after a week...Mine are too, Sandy, even though they smelled a little sweet when I bought them, and put them in the window in their little bowls and the top parts are yellow but the bottom part is not ready, they don't smell good..they are not reacting like in the past, and I'm thinking they may be irradiated. If so, they will just rot. We are not told when this is happening, but it is... so I’m thinking I’d better get a couple of more for the next round. -- me too.

Is almond cream the pasty stuff left when you make mylk and squeeze the nut bag? We don't make almond milk that way, Sandy. We put the 2 day soaked and rinsed almonds in the blender and blend them with some dulse water until they are smooth and creamy and then store them in a glass jar in the fridge for a couple of days until we use them up.

Rhonda,

The other emails are probably in your "junk mail" folder. That's the problem with mass-mailing like this. If you'll check http://rawlife.org/detox/ every day, you'll find all of the articles in a pleasant, logical order.

Hi There,
I'm a bit behind. I found an email that said this was starting on March 1st, but didn't get any other emails until today, which has a link to the Day 2 recipe. Where is the Day 1 recipe? Or the emails saying the program is starting late? I am very confused right now. Sigh.

Also, I have a question - why does this program promote using out-of-season fruits and vegetables? Watermelon, for instance, is not grown except in the summer in the northeast. And it is a major diuretic. I actually had a couple of small pieces of watermelon yesterday (as a snack at a dance - obviously not local watermelon), and by the time I got home, I had to pee every 30 minutes or so. It took a while before I made the connection to the watermelon. The same reaction happens when I eat watermelon in the summer - the only time I will normally buy and eat it.

Thank you!

Hi I lived at the Alive Polarity at Murrieta Hotsprings for two years in the 80s and took the Holistic Practitioner Course!

Today I full-time polarity massage and biodynamic craniosacral work and have been baffled (but understand) how folks release very old chemicals.

Easy to notice is a person smells like bacon and eggs from the diner. But more subtle is I'm almost 100% right on when folks have had anesthesia. I have learned to notice it's like someone pulled a dark hood over my head for a few moments a little bit into their session. Their sacrum stores residues in the craniosacral fluid as well as the nervous system releases it like a static charge a sort of buzzing which is palpable once learned.

It's great to see you mention the alcohol coming out after 17 years. I've found this to be true. I'm one of those practitioners from Murrieta and it is a daily thing which I mention to clients as a positive thing occuring but otherwise have no one to discuss it with.

thanks that I'm not alone realizing this amazing fact that old chemicals release palpably freeing the client after decades of carrying it around. ;) Yay!
