Dear Jim and Dr.Flora, This is great that you are doing this and I have been very much looking forward to actually starting , but I am still confused about what we are actually going to eat everyday. Is it possible to have a chart of meals and maybe a to do list??

    Many thanks
    Candy

    Hi,

The statement below is somewhat puzzling to me. What are you referring to when you speak of a fruit juicer?

“a fruit juicer (useful for making veggie kraut)”

    Thanks,
    Bill

It seemss a little overwhelming with all the growing and preperation of foods. I’m worried about space and sunshine for growth is this ever a problem with anyone desiring to do their best at this?

Is the fruit juicer different from a wheatgrass juicer and how? Can you juice the wheatgrass in your fruit juicer? I own a Breville Juice Fountain and was wondering if that would do both?

    Thank you.

If we can do this in Michigan and Toronto, Annie, it should work for you.

    Candy,

Let’s just take this one day at a time, OK. Continue your normal diet for a couple of days, ripen your pineapple, and read the other articles I sent.

It’ll make sense as you go along with the program. This is a lifestyle change, not just a diet. There’s a lot more to it than just food.

This is all very interesting. Is a Vita Mix an acceptable substitute for a juicer?

It would be great to have a sample schedule that shows sprout growing and such.

    Thank you

    Hi-
I am a few days behind since I was out of town without internet access. I tried to access the previous emails at the link provided, and that is where it is asking for a user name and password. http://rawlife.org/detox/. This may be where the confusion is about logging in. I cannot log in there either.
I was hoping to open a page and find everything because going thru every link opens a lot of tabs or pages.
I am going to try and pick up and get started.
    Blessings to all!

There is NO NEED TO LOG IN for the detox program. The login system is for program members / paying customers; everything Flora is doing here is free! The daily emails are separate from the membership program.
